Had a phone call from Peter, He"s been bush in Q/L Said that Rosco is rebuilding the craft. Apparantly the magneto had hornets nest inside which damaged wiring. (not the rotaxes fault) I have 3 cans of flyspray for quick access in my workshop, and can shoot them down in flight. I hate the little pricks!

going back a few years now a local bloke was doing up his soobie and had the inlet manifold off and on a bench. he never plugged the manofold holes while the engine was being overhauled and hornets built a nest up there. [so it was his own fault, an not the soobie ] and he dusted a new engine right from start up. >
