after getting a new computer I have had to register again, all was good until I had to log on with my new pass word. it wasn't the problem as it turned out .
in the log on box the first line one would think it would be for your user name and then pass word ,
instead it required my e-mail address and then pass word. but nothing was there in the first line asking for such.
