  • Mc Culloch J2

Had a call this morning from someone in New Zealand wanting to talk to anyone in Australia that may have or know where parts are for a Mc Culloch J2.
Please PM me for his contact details?

The last J2 I know of was trying to be registered with CASA by a bloke named Bellamy. Don't recall his first name. Hailed from the Melbourne area. This machine was owned by John Strong from the Hunter and allegedly flew!

Tony Arbon did a story of the J2's, he may be able to provide some info.

Quote from the Summer 2017 Gyro News
"Obtained by Michael Bellamy of Flora Hill, Victoria, who registered it VH-MBY on 22/3/01. Recently damaged and not expected to be repaired."

Lloyd Parsons had a fair bit to do with them, and Jacko had a rolling fuselage with the stub wings and tail I think)
