here is another example that is very successful. I made it up using an electrical lock out tag. just under the hinged tag is a sliding sleeve [ just happens to be there in the photo, actually fits over both. . so when the jaws are fitted around the control stick the sleeve is slid over the 2 tags and holds the jaws together around the stick. can be fitted and released using 1 hand. never let me down and I"d be surprised to see that it ever could .
