Gents,I have received a complaint through CASA regarding gyros landing on beaches without permission.You are aware that gyro operations below 300" AGL are only allowed over properties where the owner, employee or agent of the owner of the property has given specific permission for the operation. This includes beaches.The Operations Manual Section 2.05 - 8 para 19 is clear in stating that beach operations are subject to any restrictions placed by the controlling authority or owner.Continued abuse of the privileges we currently enjoy may result in Beach Endorsements being rescinded.Please take note.Allan Wardill.
