Hi Doug, it would be great if you could put some pics on here and be open to some discussion as I am sure that there are heaps of people who would be interested, as many of us have heard of the EE20.It would be great to discuss it on here and you might spark some interest in a sale of the engine to boot? ;D

Hi All,I was cruising the net one night last week and came across a site from NZ called "Duke engines"I am guessing they are still in development, although the information was from 2012 and they looked to be pretty well progressed at that stage and were looking to provide 100 hp engines (with

        Found this among my documents.Aussie Paul. EA 81 EA 82 Subi motor weights and HP.These are some stats on the different EA81 and EA82 engines.EA81...1800 CC 4-cyl Pushrod Carb........72 Hp @ 4800 Rpm ...135 lbs. EA81...1800 CC 4-cyl Pushrod Turbo MPFI.110 Hp @ 4200 Rpm... 135 lbs. EA81HO.1800 CC 4-cylPushrod 2-Carb......100 Hp @ 5600 Rpm...135 lbs. EA82...1800 CC 4-cyl SOH Cam TBI.........87 Hp @ 5200 Rpm...155 lbs. EA82...1800 CC TurboCharged MPFI........135 Hp @ 4800 Rpm...155 lbs. I don"t know why the weight of #1 and #2 are not different, thats the way I copied them.

Some more Subaru hp/weight trivia. My personal preference would be the EJ20 SOHC MPFI with plastic manifold. Take the heads to a specialist and have a good flow job done for a cost of about $400, there is a good place in Adelaide. A nice cam grind to suit as well as the right exhaust system and you will have a strong motor producing around 170-180 HP. The other thing is the computer to drive it. Most use a wolf system but you get what you pay for, there are much better out there. This particular motor is not listed below but is available at jap imports. I was looking at one a couple of days ago and spent some time talking to a bloke who has done just this. EJ18...1800 CC SOH Cam MPFI.............110 Hp @ 5400 Rpm...175 lbs. EJ20...2000 CC DOHC TBI.................150 Hp @ 6300 Rpm...195 lbs. EJ20...2000 CC Turbo DOHC MPFI..........217 Hp @ 6000 Rpm...195 lbs. EJ22...2200 CC SOHC 1990-1996 MPFI......130 Hp @ 5400 Rpm...185 lbs. EJ22...2200 CC SOHC 1997-1999 MPFI......142 Hp @ 5600 Rpm...lbs. EJ22...2200 CC SOHC Turbo MPFI..........160 Hp @ 5400 Rpm...185 lbs. EJ25...2500 CC DOHC MPFI ("95-"99)......165 Hp @ 5400 Rpm...200 lbs. EJ25...2500 CC SOHC MPFI ("98-"02)......165 Hp @ 5600 Rpm...190 lbs. ER27...2700 CC 6-cyl SOHC MPFI..........145 Hp @ 5200 Rpm...235 lbs. EG33...3300 CC 6-cyl DOHC MPFI..........230 Hp @ 5400 Rpm...345 lbs. H6-3.0 3000 CC 6-cyl DOHC MPFI..........212 Hp @ 6000 Rpm...300 lbs. The EA81 engines weigh in around 175 lbs. with direct drive hub and starter system and a little under 200 with a redrive. For the EA82 just add 25 lbs. to everything. The EJ22/25 engines will weigh in at 235-250 in direct drive configuration and develop 100-125 Hp. With a redrive all-up weight ranges from 300-325 and Hp from 130-195
