The GPS Built into the TomTom cradle is more for the original (non gps) iphones. I have one, and Tom Tom say for GPS enabled iPhones it will improve the accuracy, I am still not sure it is much better than just the iPhone GPS.The TomTom app is great, and much better than constantly downloading maps over 3g.
