While I would like to be able to acknowledge everyone that donated to the fund for SAM"s family.I"m not able to do so there a few people that donated did not provide any information at all, unfortunately.The proceeds were given to Lena on the day of the funeral, later in the day with an applicable card.So my sincere thanks to all for the effort and the donations, there will be more to follow shortly.Again thanks.Regards David
