Gerry and Ruth sold the house a couple of years ago (after the show), didn't have a bathroom or toilet upstairs for over 20 years, I think Ruth needed a medal.

bugger I had heard of that show back a few years ago and would of enjoyed to see it. [ so that means I missed it again. ]

And it was a ripper show. Have never met Gerry but it was a revelation to see the man himself ! Such a beautiful location, magnificent ! Beautiful but their home hadn't been finished off.....forget how long ago but a fair while, like had to be seen to be believed. Anyway, long & short of it was that despite trying to sell for 6 years they got Selling homes Australia in & the place got turned into a real beauty.....& was finished off !!! They got a bid for $1.407 K but knocked it back wanting $1.5 K. Their bid was second highest in that suburb so reckon they might have trouble selling but then again, Gerry & particularity Ruth make love their "finished " home a bit too much

Saw Gery Goodwin on television last night in a real estate show.
They also showed him flying with Scott Hogan in his ELA.
