I have just got back home after two weeks & am getting calls about a gyro crash in Kununurra that is being reported on tv news channels. I have phoned around & it turns out a trike has crashed at the show grounds oval. At first I felt releif that it is not a mate & that it was not a gyro with a pilot from here doing the wrong thing & giving us a bad rep. I then realised it was probably a bloke I have met who has been flying from Nev"s airstrip, I can only hope he"s ok. He is a likable boke & like us all, is having fun flying.
