except the down load forms have the old prices on"em... miss placed the forms that came with the gyro news. so how much was it? or does some one have a link to the correct form?

Membership $96.00 and gyro rego $35.00??Go to the home page for ASRA and click on documentation and that will get you to the correct form

Just sent it off last week anyhow... it will be what it will be... i will know how much it was when i get the visa account i suppose.Just didnt want to stuff it up and get slugged extra. kinda sucks paying a penalty for being a bit late. But all sorted... thanks guys and Gals..

" Slugged extra......" . The small charge for late fees is hardly what I would call "slugged". ASRA membership & aircraft registration is by far the cheapest form of aviation in Aus.

The comments are noted and I"m one who usually leaves things to the last minute, however, the rego & membership fees can be paid anytime from when you receive the gyro news!The cut off date has been made to draw a line in the sand otherwise late memberships are pretty tough on all involved plus the fact is [and this is not an ASRA idea] but the Commonwealth laws now plainly state that its illegal to fly without a valid rego etc so its your backside that is being protected as well. It could be an idea to have some form of prize for those who pay early perhaps???
