We have lost David "Jacko" Jackson who passed away last week.

David passed away last week in Adelaide. He had been in a battle with illness for sometime. There will be a memorial service in Broken Hill at the Musicians Club this Friday 29th June 2018 at 2.00pm. David will be remembered by a wide section of the community including the Gyro Community. There will be many stories that can be shared about David reflecting on his many achievements. He was one of the pioneers of our sport, an extraordinary pilot and his passing is a huge loss to all that knew him. Deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Bugger. Condolences to his family. I remember great times with Jacko on the ASRA Board as well as the early ASRA National championships and flyins.
