Everyone will have an idea on how to fit their seatbelt cutter provided with your 2022 registration. This is how I fitted mine, I attached the seatbelt cutter to the tag using a fishing “leader” and split ring. I will put the cutter between the seat carcass and the padding and leave the tag exposed. The idea will be that in the event of an accident someone will see the exposed tag and pull it which should then release the cutter.
