There will be a one off administration fee of $50 for the issue of one or both of these endorsements.IMPLEMENTATION1. For pilots who hold or have held an instrument from CASA for the operations covered above:1. Fax a copy of your current or expired instrument to me on 07 5444 13162. Send your remittance of $50 to the Registrar, PO Box 666, MORISSET, NSW. 2264.3. A copy of an Advice to Registrar form will be forwarded as soon as possible which will enable you to exercise the privileges of the endorsements.4. An amended Pilot Certificate will be sent in due course.2. For pilots who hold qualifications issued by CASA, RAA or another authority:1. Fax to me on 07 5444 1316, copies of the qualifications that you wish to be considered for your application.2. A time will be mutually agreed for a telephone conversation to discuss your application.3. Following verbal advice that your application has been successful, send your remittance for $50 to the Registrar at the address listed in 1. above.4. A copy of an Advice to Registrar form will be forwarded as soon as possible.5. An amended Pilot Certificate will be sent in due course.3. For other pilots who wish to apply for the endorsements:1. Fax to me on 07 5444 1316, evidence that you have logged the minimum number of hours required.2. A time will be mutually agreed for a telephone conversation to conduct an interview pursuant of paragraph 22 c. above.3. Following verbal advice that your application has been successful, send your remittance for $50 to the Registrar at the address listed in 1. above.4. A copy of an Advice to Registrar form will be forwarded as soon as possible.5. An amended Pilot Certificate will be sent in due course.NOTE: The documents required above may also be sent electronically to me at email g747@ozemail.com.au I have been cleared for work again, so there is no guarantee that I will be here when you attempt contact. Please use emails, or for urgent and I mean urgent matters, contact the Registrar.There are likely to be some delays, as there are many members who have neglected to renew their memberships on time, choosing to leave it all until the last minute.
