You may have been experiencing problems with logging on to the forum recently. Believe me, I too have been quite frustrated over this and spent most of the weekend trying to locate the problem. More recently this morning after a further inability to log on last evening, I received a notice from the ISP stating the job has been completed. It would appear Windows has been known to sometimes lock DBs taking an IIS reset to rectify this issue. It is possible that another tech restarted IIS correcting this issue. This would explain the "The database could not be opened !!" that I reported. Please note that their servers are patched when ever Microsoft release them to prevent security and stability problems.Lets keep our fingers crossed......Barry Ferguson,ASRA Webmaster

Thanks Barry. I knew that this series of outages would end up costing you valuable time and for what it is worth from my perspective your input is very much appreciated.PetePeteBairnsdale,Vic.
