4130 Chrome Molybdenum is 1 percent molybdenum, and 0.30 percent carbon. it is governed by the SAE (Society of Automive Engineers). im not too sure as to its heat treatments but im sure they're something like Solution heat treated followed by natural aging at room temperature. chrome moly is mostly used for brazing and welding in the a/c industry for mechanical and structural components. eg. compressor blade fittings, thermocoupling systems and in gyro's cases probably the suspension systems or maybe the blade flapping systems? If I didnt have bad luck i'd have no luck at all...
