Few mates have / are, using those "Hiclone" things in landcruisers / cars etc........rekin they are good.About a month ago, i fitted one to me work van 2.7 diesel...........then did some fuel usage tests, sort of.Yea, i reckon they do work, me fuel consumption has definitely lessened, around 10% i found.Guy up here that sells em, says fit one for less fuel usage, then fit up to another 2 for even better fuels, and will increase power as well..........even for turbo engines. One of me mates is a diesel fitter, says his company now fits em to all their landcruisers...........interesting me thinks.

They are pretty much rubbish the only effect they might have and I stress might have is on a carby engine right under the carb because they may improve the mixing of the fuel with the air apart from that if you really believe all the claims then......................I have this bridge.........................
