found 2 582 engines unused from mini 500 kits ,these are the older rotax 582 with silver heads.one of them punches 6700 the other one 5000, wouldnt pass julienne on her broom,tried nearly everything in elimination processes,swapped carbies.props ,etc .throttle travel from about half way north produces nothing, any ideas

Bob,How about fuel pressure and flow rate?How good is the compression with a spark plug pressure test?What torque value is required to turn over the good motor compared to the bad one?
