hello echo, if you remember when waddles was having his auto box dissected on the forum eventually he got it cooler with a rebuild and another brand of oil. I asked him again at wondai and still can"t remember the brand now, I had also said on that post my autoflight

Thanks Tony ,Yes that info does help. I only used the oil that Hintz recommends so he cant blame the wrong oil on the leak. The first box I had ( its on Ross B G640 ) gave me no problems so a bit disappointed with this one. It"s behind the boat because I"m going fishing......out on the Darling near Louth.......not near Choppers place......I heard there a few snags in the river there...?Anyhow it"s not really a problem compared with the loss the Bett"s family have suffered . Condolences to all. It must be a tough time for you , too , Chopper.

G"day Echo, Have you fitted a re drive from Suzi Autos, ? WE found that to fit it, we had to remove a very small amount off the STD flywheel so the rubber donut would fit and also have end float. Kerry Frame has one fitted onto a EJ22, with no trouble, and the output seal doesn"t leak oil.
