Hello All,This gyro was originally built by Rosco and bought by myself from a musterer over ten years ago.It looked nothing like it does now.Todd Marshall bought it from me and got Rod Torr to modify it with tall tail, pod,powder coated frame etc etc. The engine was second life I think at the time.Todd got AIDS (Aviation Induced Divorce Syndrome) shortly after and sold it to the present owner in Darwin.The last time I saw it was about 2002 ?,siting under a mango tree in the owners backyard.I test flew it at Caboolture before it was shipped up and was very nice to fly.The only thing I would be concerned about would be the fact it stood outside for a lot of years if the engine was not properly inhibited.The blades would be of unknown hours and at least 15 years old so they may be a throwaway,or at least a new hub bar.If the engine was corrosion free then for ten grand it would be a good buy I think.

Nic, it may be to late for you...................Todd"s big mistake was his wife new about the gyro and how much it was worth.Why do you think I keep my 7 cylinder Rotec radial up at the hanger???

Welli,What can I say, Doc John Evans must be so appreciative to have such a woman... one that actually wants a gyro!!Along with bonesy who got pretty squarely Pegged!!didn"t you gift that radial engine to your long lost cousing Bill Melator?
