                    There is an AD (2004.03) out on Gyrotech blades due to de-laminating.No problem once they have rivets installed. Anyone contemplating flying on those blades should contact their local TA for guidance.

                        Thanks Birdy, sort of...A few years back I had the rotors inspected by one of the people certified to do such things.They assured me that it passed inspection, and there was no need for rivets.I took their word at face value. Should have checked. >Sure enough, 2004-03 is still in force, and requires Rivets as well as inspection.So, purchasers be aware, the blades inspect ok, but you will need to add the rivets.Sorry.Birdy, your tagline is most appropriate.Don.

                          Thanks Birdy, sort of...Sort of no wurrys Don. I know youd have trouble faceing the next day if they failed.And i never ment anythn but caution in my quierie. [ thats why i asked, i didnt just "say".]
