I have for sale my old Gyro that has been in storage for the last 20 odd years. Yes 20 years. Open mustering type air frame (still running the same air frame today)Marus rotor head, Jerry Goodwin seat tank, Full instruments (was then anyway), chrome molly axles and stick, sprung nose wheel, also Fiberglass mould for open cockpit, and podd (shell).EJ22 motor (as removed from car, 130k k"s) with computer and exhaust headers, no rear drive (yet), also new length of mast and pushrods (to take bigger prop), No rotors or tail. Flown about 800 hrs.This was a well made machine built under supervision and spent most of it"s life mustering and would be a cheap start for someone wanting to build, will need stripping and detailing asking $2,500 for the lot.Ph Graeme 07 47986024. Gear is at Ingham Nth Qld. Will try adding photo"s, cheers Well 2hrs later and bout 6 bottles a brew I still reakon it"s easier to reduce prop speed than photo"s.....If anyone wants pics I can email them gjz3@itnq.com.au....Forgot too, the gear comes with 2 old pairs of levi"s, one inside the other, full of brown dust and weevles.

These days John just the washin mate. Haven"t been in the air since I put the old girl away. Was thinkin about giving her some wings again, that"s why I got the soobie, but I"m supposed to be renovating our house ...bla, bla, and I just give the bank an IOU for a boat, so guess who"s a naughty boy... be good John.

Gooday Tim, Yeah mate spoke with Brian. Pretty much chasin the motor, but if I have to let her go I"d rather do it as a package. Must be somethin in the water out your way though, cause he sounds like a good fella too.If I don"t get any interest then I"ll keep her and get her some wings one day. Believe me mate it"s still in me blood!!If that happens then there"ll be a rear drive job comin" your way mate. I had a look up the bum of the puooter, stared at all the little pins for a while, started gettin a pain in the centre of me skull, so put it down again. Was a time when I"d pull her up over the top of bloddy great gum trees, and look back over me shoulder at the same time, yellin ya..hooo!! and grinnin like ****, but was havin a beer with a mate couple a arvies ago, got up and opened the flywire door and walked straight into the bloody edge of it.Worse part was me mate was laughin at me. I looked round holdin me nose and said "i was so a pilot"

Mark and Russ it"s true. Try a session on the stuff. Anyone ed think ya was a mexican and swollowed the worm from the bottle, and it missed the last train gettin out, and it"s goin up and down, up and down, lookin for the bloody door. It"s alright goin down, but next day ya walkin like ya singlets caught, horrible dam stuff.Hey watta ya gotta do to get 4 of them stars, gotta be a general or somethin".
