    hey trent,im remembering what i learnt and , i believe its operation below 500 ft, and its 150 meters from a road or dwelling,i believe the rules have changed, but dont quote me on that,adrian

      Gents,The contents of CAOs 95.12 & 95.12.1 that are reproduced in the ASRA Ops Manual are still valid. Operations down to 300" AGL are permitted. Operations below 300" AGL are permitted provided that the operation has the permission of the owner of the property over which the operation is taking place, and it is not within 100 m of a public road or a dwelling not associated with gyro operations, unless the owner of the dwelling has given permission for the operation.We are currently working to have the 100 m rule clarified once and for all.Allan WardillOps Manager.
