"When talking to em on phone they give you a site to go to then they give you a pasword (different each time) that only you put into your computer that lets em in. they drive your pewter while you whatch everything they are doing, very kool!! trustworthy?? no probs with mine so far. "Russ,Apple computers have had this ability for a long time. I can call a mate on iChat and then OK his control of my computer. You can put a password controlled disk image on your desktop to hide whatever content you wished, but that does not stop him slipping things into your computer. All your electronic communications are on a disk somewhere. Sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and trust you are dealing with trstworthy folk. You do when you take a computer in for repair.I have not given control of my computer to anyone.Graham
