Courier Agents

Hi All,Has anybody had dealings with a company by the name of "Smart Send", they act as agents for a number of Courier Services.

Not a happy camper, take a look a these. This is how my newly acquired Blades turned up at my place! Loafar

if you have signed for accepting them, i would think your screwed. insurance companies with

Unfortunaely, this is far too common a happening!All I can advise anyone is to take out your own insurance as the carriers insurance isnt usually worth two bob and use reputable [so called]I had lots of problems with getting rotors too and from Rob Patroney till I found out a Mildura [local] company was able to get them to Brisbane and back in one piece and was able to get them too and from the other carrier to Robs place....and a lot cheaper ;D

I have found that the box had been opened by someone else other than myself.I am almost certain that whoever damaged the box he or she then tore of the Tamper Poof sticker removed the blade /blades to inspect further, then in his incompetent state of mind
