Fire hazards are real and they are sometimes ignored. As per link below they happen very quickly and normally with devastating results.http://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/wiki.php?id=140315I had a good look at my container and removed a lot of rags, old books and batteries etc. Fuel, oil and rubber items are normally stored together and I do not know what the answer is to do it safely, but I have bought two fire extinguishers, installed a fire alarm and installed a few no smoking signs around the place.I suggest you have a look and see if you are at risk in your hangar.Just a thought.
