The DUC props that are standard on the machine are rated for the hp, there is i think 3 different hp ranges in the DUC props.Good to hear you getting good results with the Bolly though, there is a 4 blade mounted on a 150hp rotax in the hangar here, about to test it in a couple of weeks.

I also have the same Bolly prop cut down to 68 inches fitted to my 912 on the MTO Sport. I"m also very pleased with its performance. 80 kts at 4700 rpm and used about 13.7 L/hr two up on a recent XC flight.I really like the stone protection the dura tuff leading edge offers.Regards,Jeff.

I have flown in front of both the Warp and Bolly on my 912ULS machine. 70" Warp. 72" Bolly which is actually 70" but they have an odd way of expressing their diameters. The Warp is without doubt the toughest prop out there. It is also heavy and loud. Very loud...The Bolly has also taken all the punishment I can dish out operating exclusively of dirt but is noticeably quieter. Noise fatigue is very real, and you really get to appreciate the quieter prop when your doing long hours. The Bolly is also a lot lighter. The lower inertia means much less banging and clanging on startup/shutdown and much quicker throttle response. The Bolly is mildly fiddlier to pitch than the Warp because it doesn"t have flat ends.I doubt there is actually a lot of difference in efficiency, but the Bolly will appear to be more efficient because the quietness and response gives you the impression it is doing it with a lot less fuss. The local service from Bolly is beyond good. At current exchange rates the Bolly is around twicw the price of the Warp. In my opinion, the plusses make it worth it though.Miles
