I was only talking about Him last week, he certainly had an interesting life. One of the early pioneers & its sad to see him passing but most certainly a great innings to achieve 97 !!My ambition is to fly my gyro on my 100 birthday. I think Wing Commander Wallace was still flying not all that long ago.We went within a whisker of having him here in Australia a couple of years ago. Would have been an experience to remember meeting him & hearing him talk on his adventurers

Bugger, I hoped Ken would fly on his 100th B/day. An Englishman was here taking photo"s of my flying a young Irishman last Sat. and said he was going back in 5 days and would show the photo"s to Ken Wallis. (He seemed to know him)

My wife just called me in to see that a program that she watches has an interview with Ken. In it they show the interior of his workshop and storage area for around 30 gyros.Open this link ...https://au.tv.yahoo.com/plus7/escape...-5/?play=1Then select
