Just returned home on Tuesday from a trip from Sydney over the snowy mountains down into Victoria and back home with stops at Mittagong, Goulburn, Cooma, Jindabyne, Mt Beauty, Wangaratta, Wahring Field, Corrowa and Tumut. The trip involved six gyros and took a fair bit of organisation mainly from Scott Hogan. What amazed me was the hospitality shown to us by people along the way with special thanks to The Jindabyne Aero club, Pete from Tumut airfield and especially Ian Morecombe and family at Nagambie who put on an amazing dinner as well as a terrific display in his Sportcopter.Makes you realise how lucky we are to be able to do such things.
