Sorry it appears i"ve become a bit of a forum Sl#t but i"m a sucker for this stuff, you are right Birdy Hawkins said it maybe easier to believe in God as some things are too difficult to understand, but the stuff we do understand is interesting and so fascinating. It"s there, it"s real but unexplained. We have theories and models but doesn"t fully explain it.and Muz we have had many ice ages and catastrophic events on out planet over it"s 4.5 billion year life. Anthropologist Tim Flannery wrote a book "The Weather Maker" and he explains stuff that puts us on the planet, we may disappear like other species of the past but the planet has another 4.5 billion years to go. Earth is a small miracle of life we have 4 seasons with a 23 Deg tilt not to close and not too far from the sun, we have water, minerals, elements,plant life, animals, insects, ecology, everything we want. The universe is a hostile environment and we could be taken out by a big high velocity rock, sad really. But there are planets out there tipped upside down and spinning backwards from big hits. Hubble is looking at planets out there like earth we just gotta figure out how to get there, and hopefully it"s not already occupied, maybe we will have to adapt after all.Mike.

Einstein way back in his day was working on the law of relativity, well he was and is correct he just didn"t live long enough to finish his work,but we have fellers like young Jacob Barnett who will finish his laws. These laws have a practical implication today. Here is an example. We have GPS satellites wizzing around our planet at very high speeds, we are also closer to the center of gravity than they are, guess what, yes our time slows and the satellites time speeds up. not by much but the atomic clocks on the satellites have to be adjusted 7 micro seconds per day to compensate for the law of relativity. I have worked with satellite time synchronization and it is very precise, The clocks on our calibration equipment is a Iridium oscillator and it has to warm up and run an algorithm to get a 1 in 13,000,000 accuracy, otherwise things don"t sync and your mobile phones become insane. This law of relativity is not speculation it applies today so its set the path to other dimensions of time and gravity all relative now.Mike.

I think in our higher education system we should go back in time a bit and teach Metaphysics instead of just physics and or religion because I can sense the two will merge eventually anyway. The sooner the worlds religions disolve into Metaphysics the sooner we"ll have less wars. What we think can effect physical reality.

Hey Max it appears it"s gone quiet in the camp so i thought i"d drop another thought in. Apparently there was a controversial experiment conducted by the Russians on some poor old POW"s with the bargain of being released if participating. It was a sleep depredation of planned 30 days with a gas in a chamber. It appears they all went mad except the comment made by the last survivor. Did he go to a realm of conscious that we are inhibited from and with the laws of relativity and conscience it could be possible to enter another dimension of conscience but we are inhibited by reality. I dread the thought of this realm but it may be relative to all constants of time and dimensions. Mike.
