Non working Rotax 912 ECU with soft start wanted

Does anyone out there have a blown up or non working soft start version ECU for the Rotax 912ULS. There is a story to this request. From what it looks like the very original 4 wire and 6 wire ECU"s were done by Ducati but the later 6 wire with soft start maybe done by Motorini and these seem to be a much better unit. Anyone that can supply a blown up unit would be much appreciated. PM me or post here and I can contact youMark
