the bundaberg glider club recently had an open day /membership drive. they had origanised "NIGEL ARNOTT" to visit also with his tug plane. Nigel is an aerobatic glider pilot wih a 2seater machine , saturday was overcast and drissell and small turn out of people, but sunday was a pearler. a constant flow of people wanting rides. including nigels glider a total 3 machines taking passengers all day for rides[ duration about 15 min] .anyway if you get the chance to see nigel arnott in action dont miss out,

cool.... i`ve been up in a glider and done aeros but that sounds out there i`ll keep an eye out for himp.s. i was at a flyin where a guy in a drifter was chucking it around and having fun and i was standing in a bunch of pilots watching on and all i heard was a constant stream of abuse from nearby circuit lovers! if you chuck it around in anything else ar`nt you the worst in the world!

i was going to say that there was some F.W.er"s there looking on . every one was chatting as they do but more than a fews times the talking stopped[ jaws nearly hitting the ground]. it was all in awe of his performances thou. i"m not saying he is the only one that can do it, but it was great entertainment.
