  • CarterCopter Test Pilot article on Larry Neal.

I have my Monarch setup with MLS and G Force Landing Gear now and looking forward to attending a few flyins this year and beyond to demonstrate both.Thought we might advertise this year also and will be writing a couple of articles for publications. In particular an article detailing Larry Neals reconfiguring of the AirCommand lowrider gyroplanes with a kit that converts them to CLT and hiow that came about.Further, Larrys long time involvement with Jay Carter from the CarterCopter Project. Rusty Nace was the Pilot back in 2001 and asked Larry to be his co-pilot. From June through till Sept 11th, after which Rusty was put on military hold. Jay asked Larry to take over. Larry continued on until 2005.Nine months ago Jay contacted Larry and he has been back with CarterCopter testing the new PAV4 as Chief Pilot.Larry Neal is currently in Olney Texas testing the PAV4.As many of you are aware Larry is the designer manufacturer of the Butterfly Gyroplane range, Ultralight, Emperor, Monarch, Aurora, Golden and Turbo Golden Butterflies.Larry is a strong advocate of designing gyroplanes which are easy to build, very stable, and fun to fly.The article will detail more of the above and give an insight into Larry"s motivations for bringing the Butterfly range to market.I"ll give a heads up when the article goes to print.Mitch.
