I had a lovely phone call from Bert Larkin in Ayr Qld last. He rang to catch up on how I was progressing and to let me know what he was up to.Aussie Paul.
Good old bert. He came to T.C. in the 1980"s and showed me my first flying Gyro VW powered. I was rebuilding a Higgans wreck that I purchased from Pungaleena station for $400. I think he was 72 then. His grandkids called him a Super Grandad. Glad to hear he"s still on the planet.
