I think all organised religions will melt away slowly when science through the study of quantam physics eventually realise that we live in an "illusionary" universe held together by consciousness, (the main source of energy) When our bodies are finished, we go home where we can fly all we want, through space and time I hope!

KORAN is a western bastardised spelling of the Qur"an. Nobody seems to be reeding the teachings of Islam. It"s actually a peaceful religion.I have 3 good mates who are Muslim. I asked one of them to be my sons godfather when my Catholic in laws demanded that my son should be christened. The pair of us had to stand at the back of the church Atheist and Muslim side by side (ha ha). It was almost like a reenactment of the Spanish inquisition. My Muslim mates hate fundamental Islam. They drink beer but don"t eat pork (seeing what pigs eat I don"t blame them). We greet each other with "Asalaam Alaykum" - “Peace be upon you.” If you don"t marginalise people then they will just become good blokes like the rest of us.

Mohamad claimed that God spoke to him in his sleep. I have trouble seeing how a peaceful religion can evolve from such a man?

Didn"t expect to go down this path. The age of consent in Vatican state is 12 years of age (today). Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines. In Deuteronomy it is OK to take a wife for 1 year, then if you hate her you can ask the father to prove that she was a virgin. If he cant then you can have her stoned to death on his doorstep (nice one). Seems like the rednecks want to judge all minorities on any nonsense they can dig up. In reality they are all just swallowing propaganda because the powers to be who want to take land, oil, food and resources that don"t belong to them. Thirty years ago nobody even knew what a Muslim was. You can look at every single conflict in the world and see who started it, who gains from it and who loses. A bloke killed 6 million innocent people in the second world war and used religious vilification to justify it. It"s an old recipe. Find a minority, blame them and the ignorant masses will do the rest.
