            I agree Russ looks very simple to convert a head to one of those, What is the advantage of one over the standard head??Remember -- A good friend will come and bail you out of jail...BUT a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Damn...that was fun!"Mark

              Mark.......I realy dont know the answers here. Do know that it helps or eliminates stick shake, something to do with the "lead, lag" moment as your blades are rotating. Paul B knows about it all. maybe others here too ??????Russ....A1014 NT....gods country
