Mitch buggered his back a while ago picking up rocks. Pretty painful he says. Still working with the quacks. Says it"s difficult to work the computer from an all fours position. Waddles.

I"ve got a crook back between my shoulder blades but the injury is 2 crushed vertabrae in my neck. I dont understand it but the pain isn"t where the injury is. I"ve tried everything but the best is my inverter table. I use it the usual way but have also made an attachment so that I can hang by my neck at about 45 degs. It seems to pull everything apart like traction. Now the scary part; After measuring my height before and after I am nearly a full inch taller. But sadly I slowly compress again during the day. Dr says i can have an op to cut the nerves and stop the pain. I"m scared of the knife so I would rather put up with the pain. It only bothers you when you sleep , or think about it. Thats why I dont think or sleep!
