Ken didnt mention that Flyin north for 30 seconds gives you about 1200 feet clearance between the bottom of your gyro and the top of the ground!There is a rather large hill that Ken lives on.Brian, selling 40 acres for that much money has its drawbacks. Could get one of your tree huggin,enviromentaly concious ex city dweller of a neihbour off side because the sound of people having fun interfers with the sound of their new cox ride on lawn mower going round and round and round.........Peoples idea of living ruraly have changed!

Brian, down at our other property on the coast prices would really shock you. The roughest 100 ac with nothing will bring $1000000 plus. 5ac will cost $600000 plus. Our neighbour bought his 500 ac 8yrs ago, 200 usable and no house ,with no fences power or water . Price $4.2M. We are now surrounded by the rich and famous, and I'm the odd one out, poor and a nobody. Ken

You are rich and famous ken but in your own way !!!Yes, the coast or really anywhere that has water views are fetching big money and will continue to do so.The urban sprawl is hurting a lot of good farming land. Its changing the face of the country and we are loosing a lot of good farming land in the deal.BrianYou never know how far you can go, till you get there !
