No offence intended'but people call you eccentric because you all look eccentric. There is a lot of similarities in looks between a lot of pilots . I know i'm not eccentric cause I don't look it. Neither does Woz or Birdman or Eric or that weirdo with the smelly bus( i did that so that you don't know whom i'm talking about because there are two buses and mine looks like a bus).People seem to call anyone who has fun eccentric, thats why I don't have any. It would make a great name for a religion, but then all the weirdo's would want to join.I hope this post doesn't seem to eccentric. KKKKKKKKen

Ken, was waiting for someone to see the similarity. By the way, the crew cut, the grin, come on....When Sonny sent the top pic, it read. " Here ya go Mitch, something to keep the mice away." I think its a 72 or 75 hp Mac.Ken I remember you talking about your subdivision are the 200 acre lots affordable or are we talking your super here? Will they always have access to the strip, which way does it run and what are the prevailing wind conditions. Mitch, there really are no Ag subsidies anymore except for: Diesel off road rebate, RTA rego discount, and I suppose income averaging and carrying forward losses. We have people beside us who are considered agricultural industry because they have a 5acre tree plantation. I know that they consider 40 acres a farm and we don't have to charge GST on the subdivision because of this. I'm not sure of prices yet because I'm still spending money and don't want to mislead anyone. Vacant 200 with approved building envelope will be between $250000 and $350000,and the 40ac $150000 to $200000, but don't hold me too it and all will have strip access. Strip is nth sth, downhill to the nth. Usually wind is light nthly. Ken

Boy,wish I could get between 250,000 and 350,000 for 200 acres, would be throwing a big party !!!You are pretty spot on re Ag subsidies Ken. Dont know how you go there but we have Pasture Protection Board fees, Wild Dog fees, Western Land rent, shire rates and on it goes.Advantages are, we get to pump our own water, take away our garbage and wait for ages till the road gets that bad that cars get stuck in it, then the shire grades the road but hey, I love the lifestyle !!You never know how far you can go, till you get there !

Yeh, we don't git subsudees either, coz I don't apply for um.I figure if I don't humbug them for money, they'll keep outa me hare, and if that don't work they can't blame me if they endup add'n to the grow'n "backpacker hill".Ignorance is bliss............but only till you realise you were.Ingratitude stinks.......be generous carefully.
