Mitch,Congrats on no smoking for 10 days, a good mile stone.The following is for general consumption, it is directed at people who wish to give up smoking:If you don't like graphic descriptions don't read any further.. if you smoke this will get to you.To encourage people not to smoke I like to have them associate a cigarette with a phallic object, ie, a 'pen*is', so the next time you think of lighting up, just think, 'Do I really want to suck on that p***s?', 'Do i want that p***s in my mouth?'. I also like to have people associate the smoke with sp*rm, just imagine all those little tadpoles wriggling down into your lungs, makes you sick doesn't it?? Makes you really sick, because every one of those tadpoles can give birth to the cigarette company's babies, in your lungs, yes, cancer.. little babies in your lungs, from the cigarette companies, so, think of the cigarette companies, they're f**king your lungs and leaving their babies, then they leave you with their babies, your lungs are their nursery, and those babies are going to kill you. Every time you smoke, more ugly, horrible babies that are going to kill you, then you can associate the babies and rabies, frothing at the mouth, mad babies with rabies in your lungs, frothing at the mouth, they're going to kill you and everyone.. (Have I scared you yet? Hahahahahahaaaa, wait until you meet the surgeon, he's gunna carve you up! He's gunna butcher your chest and rip out your lungs!)Sorry to be a pain, I'm only trying to help...Cheers,Nick

Good on ya Mitch ! I went from 2 packs / day to none 16 years ago just by cold turkey ( Nicks post has stopped any thoughts of going back , thanks Nick [xx(]) PS how did the 'Gold one' fly ?

Five weeks off the Durries now, not missing them one bit. Wish I'd had the incentive to kick em years ago.Gold one flew great Echo, awesome really. I took a ride in the Magni, (Greg Grimmingers) for comparative purposes. I'll be doing a formal piece on that comparison but both are excellent performers and have their pros and cons.Haven't gained any weight to speak of Daj, certainly am drinking again though.Cheers,Mitch.www.thebutterflyllc.com
