Gents,Dont know who owns it and did not see any detail on it. But it sure was a popular static display at Mentone 2005.Mitch.Image Insert: 54.17 KBImage Insert: 72.03 KBImage Insert: 72.6 KBImage Insert: 76.65

Beautiful workmanship tho.I wonder what he thinks the advantage of having a puller ratherthan a pusher configuration is tho ?You blokes on the Yank forum know anything about this Jittny ?Tar.Robert DunnMackay. Qld.Growing old is good while it lasts.

G'Day Lloyd, Prop was only a couple of inches clear of the ground. Not real good for rough strips or even a smooth grass strip for that matter. I asked Allan about the ground handling myself, he responded by saying correct training would be benefical.Olbod, the gyro is still a pusher configuration.Note the multiple postions for the rotor head, adjustment for the C of G to RTV. All work was of the highest order.Prop clearance, ground handling issues aside, this gyro holds a lot of promise. I'll post some more pics.Cheers,Mitch.www.thebutterflyllc.com

Greg.I realize that it is a pusher in that sense but what I meant wasthe fact that the prop is pulling the engine. To me that tends to indicate that the prop is closer to the centreline. With the designand layout, would that be the advantage ?There is the old saying: If it looks right it will fly right. That's not very technical, I know but some aircraft, I wouldn't be seen dead in !I look forward to seeing more on this gyro in the future.Robert DunnMackay. Rob,Can't answer your technical question, I simply do not know. I think we will see more of this gyro, at least I hope so. I looked at concentric boom propulsion systems for gyros, so I hope this one moves forward.Cheers,Mitch.www.thebutterflyllc.com
