      Sorry about the confusion Rob, I was referring to the first picture you posted at 7:58 on the 16th, ie the gyro with the inverted inline engine.John EvansThink logically and do things well, think laterally and do things better.

        Ok John.You know I looked at that pic and saw the engine layout and thoughtnothing of it. Thick Thick.Just as well me gyro is going to have a fixed under carriage.Cheers.Robert DunnMackay. Qld.Growing old is good while it lasts.

          John, you were right, that C24 was built by De Havilland in 1931.Apparently a number of company's built different models under some licence arangement with Cierva.I am going to post some more in a new thread. mis topics..old Gyros.Cheers.Image Insert: 79.72
