Pistol Grips for Control Stick.

FYI Members,Recently been looking at moving some left-handed throttle quadrant switching to a pistol grip type handle on my control stick.Aerospace stuff cost a fortune and so I began looking at other industry applications, ie: Earthmoving equip, land based military vehicles, and PC type controllers,

Price was over the top. >Though I have entered into communications with this chap about flying gyros. (He has some time in gliders and a Cesna 175)I can get the blank grips for $280 and supply the drawings for the face plate and 1" OD butt insert adapter, other wise its another $100 for the stainless face plate and $80 for the adapter sleeve.I may still get a blank grip and make up an alloy face plate and get ole mate to turn up the base plate adaptor sleeve.Mitch.
