Given the fact that Bob is likely to hurt himself, doing something that he thought he read from here on this forum, and also that he seemingly doesn't want to get any instruction from experienced pilots in the USA, are you in making posts here pointing out different procedures, either in writing or by pictures, leaving yourselves open for potential legal action?Many of you have made the effort, a number of times to bring to Bob's attention, that by getting proper instruction he will learn the correct methods, and the reasons why the gyro is flying the way it is, and more importantly why you need to carry out certain procedures to correct the gyro for different events, but he's determined to turn a deaf ear to you all.Michael said "We need to close this topic and further diminish the opportunities for cousin Bob to extoll his theories on training avoidance. The Bobs of this world have the capacity to bring us all into disfavour by their total disregard for accepted wisdom and practice. I'm sure the USA has enough experienced people to point those thirsty enough to drink from the well of experience in the right direction." Whilst I'm not in ageeement with closing this debate, I would urge you all to be careful about the type of advice you offer to someone who refuses to accept the need for proper training. The USA has a well deserved reputation for being quite litigous, and while Bob might suggest that he won't sue, someone else over there just might on his behalf.If Bob feels the need for advice on how to fly then let him get it from within his own community. There's a high probability that they may well have told him to bugger off because of his attitude to training.Strongly opposed to the retriction of free speech

It is most essential that you connect with a qualified Instructor in the United States or Canada to train beside and gain the experience and knowledge to fly safely and confidentally. Only a one on one situation with an Instructor can guarantee that and attempting to learn to fly by broadening your knowledge base via the Internet is a fool's method. These gyros are dangerous aircraft in inexperienced hands and can kill quickly and effectively if the pilot is unqualified in this type of aircraft.PeteBairnsdale,Vic.
