You must have felt on top of the world Sam. Nice to be in your own machine at last and a 40kt tail wind throwing a 3 figure digit on the gps. Happy days.Good luck with the new machine.

Sam,I notice it even has little ripples around the door, to keep the rain out. Now thats attention to detail!Don"t think it would worry Misters Bird and Reed very much, though.Looks great.Graham

This was well tested at this years Avalon Airshow, which copped a real drenching. As far as Birdy is concerned I feel he would probably fly it with Air Con on full (doors off) ;D ;D ;DRegards SamL...............

I gota admit Sammy, thats not lookn real bad at all mate. The crew have put a good bit of brain power into it. All it needs now isa proper engin.

The real engine will come, (just cost more) but I must admit the Scooby Doo EJ25 has heaps of go in it. Last week I had 90 litres of fuel and about 220 kg of pilot/passenger and still achieved 600-700 fpm climb. One up its well and truly 1000 plus, and at that climb angle I cant see the horizon through any of the windows without moving my head to my door window. Full noise straight and level is triple digits (100 knots) plus. ECCO cruise is 65-75knots which is (realistic) normal for a podded machine. Regards SamL.............. ;D ;D ;D

I bet the figures are better judging on what i get with my motor be interesting to see the figures on my new machine just ordered, even better than this one.
