Temora is basically on the edge of a large town with all the usual motels etc. I wasn"t at the last event but with over 1000 aircraft flying in with most pilots camping I would imagine that there would be adequate on-site facilities.Burren Junction has a motel (also with cabins) and for a couple of $$ you can shower there without staying in a room. Most choose the hot bore baths on the edge of town where you can sit and soak until you resemble a prune.Toilets will be located at the camping area right on the airstrip.

Kym, not enough time to hold a full TA"s course but we will be holding public forums on basic gyro understanding.Russell Cook and Graeme Monro will also give speeches on political correctness.Another event worth considering is where the ASRA board stick their heads through a board and people pay to

SHH! my misus has`ent seen a jabiru yet! if I take her to temora I`ll have to sell the gyro and get one of those Forget the jab and have a look at the Tecknam, way in front of our local product unfortunately. Flies very nicely at a genuine 100 knots with the 912 Rrotax and it has a "proper" prop that wont chuck a blade!!

Got the Holidays in and goin to my first Nationals. Flyin down from South west QLD. About 14hrs flying I"m guessing. Trying to convince the Boss lady to be support vehicle but it"s not looking good. Have to strap the Jerries and swag on, that should make it nice and stable. Anyone fitted a roof rack to a RAF before?
