  • Reasons why a 582 rotax keeps running?????

After putting nearly three hours on my gyro yesterday at final shutdown, kill switches did not work.Ended up flooding the engine out with the primer plunger. After checking for loose wires and and letting the engine cool, I fired the gyro up again.Still would not shut down with the Kill Switches...........Any ideas?

Hi Mitch,Did you chk the kill switch itself , if it actually ground when flip? It could probably be a faulty kill switch. Juz a thought.CheersLou
