just wanted to start a chat on the old 618 as currently thinking of getting one..does anyone know why they stopped producing these engines? as the litttle amount i have read up on they sound like a good all round engine are they reliable? an putting out 75hp an wieghing in at 51kg complete elect start etc. 75nm torque not 2 bad there..582 65hp, 45.5kg complete 72nm torque..an while on the topic of 582 did the grey heads have cooling problems..oh im pretty sure the stats are right if not plz correct me!also im sure il get the jus buy a 912 or 914 but i could buy a gyro an have fun with it for the same price..if i had the coin i would buy a 4stroke..Cheers Andy
