I"m looking for a company or pilot trainer who wishes to trade Instruction and costs of flight training (To single or two seat) for the setup of a web-based theory E-learning page or dedicated site.Sites are customizable with HTML, flash, and php and can feature a whole range of secure testing and instructional tools as well as Video, audio, and flash animations for education purposes.
