I wish to inform anyone that I have been upgraded to instructor and run gyro flying instruction near Mandora NT on the cox peninsular, a quarter hr. ferry ride from Cullen bay Darwin. There is a motel and pub right on the beach. the weather is great 12 months unless there"s a cyclone. Iv"e been flying gyros since 1986 and instructing off and on since 1994 and am now avail. full time. Mandora is 80 km. from the stewart h/way near berry springs. My machine is a Rosco side by side open frame with no pre-rotator, so you learn plenty of blade handling. Max. student weight 115kg

G,Day Birdy and Dave. I,ve Just done 15 hrs training in 1 week with one 33yr. old student. He did well. I think an old person would have to spread it out a bit farther. Yes Dave, I do gyro repairs, rebuilds, ect. Dont build new ones anymore. Just built a few for the experiance. Only intend to build one more for myself when I can find a sexy cabin. Some of our training is up beaches. So far sighted one 3m crock., plenty of turtles, stingrays and small sharks. max 0418856143
